Bonus Funds credited to a User's account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; Bonus Funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.

13.1 888gj reserves the right to suspend or close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 888gj has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the User is engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct; (c) continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 888gj; or (d) the User has failed to satisfy an identity or age verification request within the required timeframe.
13.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 888gj reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance in that account, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been accumulated through fraudulent or prohibited conduct, it will be forfeited.
